All burgers in the Airs Burger Cafe have been made by a chef specially trained in Mexican cuisine in Mexico for 7 years.

Each delicious layer has undergone vigorous taste-testing with zero preservatives or additives, and completed with fresh-baked buns. Ingredients have all been hand-selected to deliver the highest quality and taste, the burger patty itself being made with 100% Australian short grain-fed beef from Japanese black cows.

Our burgers are made to order for guaranteed freshness. They may look rough and wild on the outside, but the taste speaks for itself.
